All orders placed before 1:00 PM Pacific Time will be shipped on the same day via UPS ground. All orders placed after 1:00 PM Pacific Time will be shipped the following day via UPS ground. Most orders will arrive within next business day, based on item availability. Some furniture items may take up to 3 business days. Coastline Office Solutions offers free shipping on orders of $50 or more (excluding some furniture items).
We will refund in full, back to received form of payment, any defective item which is returned within 14 days of receipt. Any returns of non-defective items are subject to a restocking fee of $10 or 10%, which ever is less, if returned with 14 days of receipt.
