Shipping and Return PoliciesReturn Policy: We will refund in full, back to received form of payment, any defective item which is returned within 14 days of receipt. Any returns of non-defective items are subject to a restocking fee of $10 or 10%, which ever is less, if returned with 14 days of receipt. Shipping Policy: All orders placed before 1:00 PM Pacific Time will be shipped on the same day via UPS ground. All orders placed after 1:00 PM Pacific Time will be shipped the following day via UPS ground. Most orders will arrive within next business day, based on item availability. Some furniture items may take up to 3 business days. Coastline Office Solutions offers free shipping on orders of $50 or more (excluding some furniture items). |
